1hr - NARI - AIA - IDCEC - NKBA

Placing a new drinking fountain isn’t as straightforward as purchasing and installing. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires that those with disabilities have equal access to facilities, including wheelchair access to hydration products such as drinking fountains and bottle fillers.

New legislation is being introduced in multiple states to include the addition of bottle fillers and the associated ADA requirements. It's important as a specifier to know these changes and how they will impact future legislation.

During this one-hour webinar, we will walk you through the important dimensional requirements to consider when designing a building or installing/retrofitting all types of hydration equipment, as well as bottle filling station requirements and how to include them in your overall ADA-compliance plan.

Tune in for compliance-related content:

• 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design of Drinking Fountains

• Quantity and location requirements

• Installation dimensions including knee, toe, and reach clearances

• Live Q&A

As an attendee, you will receive these complimentary materials after the webinar:

• Access to On-Demand Webinar and PowerPoint Slides

• ADA Quick Reference Diagram
