At American Bath Group, we are committed to “Building a Better Bathware Industry”. Central to this mission is a commitment to consistently deliver the highest quality product and service and to be a value-adding partner to you, our customers. We seek to do this in part, by providing simple, transparent and consistent annual pricing enabled by a relentless focus on controlling costs. Throughout 2018, despite our best efforts, we have experienced, and absorbed on your behalf, significant raw material and freight cost increases. In spite of this, we are proud to have been able to honor our commitment to you and maintain consistent pricing throughout the year.

To support your future planning requirements, please note the below annual pricing adjustments which are necessary to address cost increases experienced.

• All Net Sheet Pricing will be adjusted upwards by approximately 3.9% effective Monday, November 5 for MAAX and Aker products*.

• Job Quoted pricing will be honored through the expiration date, as indicated on the job quote. If an extension is needed the price adjustment will apply.

• List with discount pricing will adjust upwards from 3.9% to 8.9% depending on brand and time constraints; this adjustment will be effective Monday December 3*.

Net Sheet Pricing - the last day for orders at 2018 net pricing is Friday, November 2.

Orders received Monday, November 5, will be at the new net price.

The last date for shipments at old net pricing will be Friday, November 16.

* All orders in house for stock delivery, beyond the November 16 cut-off date will be affected. Extended lead-time facilities will not ship at old prices beyond November 16.

* List with discount Pricing – the last day for orders is November 30.

Please be advised that the Gerber list price adjustment effective April 1, 2018 for both Gerber branded Vitreous China (VC) and Brass is now available on our website, www.gerberonline.com. 

The following is a brief summary of the adjustments: 

• VC Price List Adjustments - During the last two (2) years, the industry has experienced significant material and labor increases overall. We have managed to absorb most of those cost increases during that time period but not all. Therefore, list prices for Gerber VC products are increasing by a weighted average +3.0%. 

• Brass Price List Adjustments - Due to significant increases in raw materials and labor, list prices for Gerber Brass products are increasing by a weighted average of 4.9%. The 4/1/2018 Price List also includes the announcement of products planned for discontinuation effective July 1, 2018. Gerber branded products being discontinued at that time include, but are not limited to the following: 
  
          - Tumbled Bronze finish in Gerber faucets 
          - Waveland and Riverdale collections 
          - Gerber lavatory faucets that use all plastic lavatory drains 
  
  We are happy to announce that the two (2) most popular Maxwell SE Standard and Roman Tub bath drains will again be available later this summer to provide our customers with a basic bath drain at a great value

The current 2017 Price List, labeled "2017 and 2018 Price List," will also remain active on our site through March 31, 2018.
